Giving Myself Some Credit!
I don't feel like working out today. I'm pooped. But I'm gonna do it, because I know how I will feel when I am done. Great!
completely avoided eating any of the birthday sugar at my daughter's 7th birthday festivities. Credit!
Totally avoiding a birthday cake on the lunch kitchen at work. Passed by it already 3 times. Not giving in. Glad about that!
Stopped eating breakfast when I was comfortably full. Didn't stuff myself with whole grain banana blueberry pancakes.
