Raw Vegan Raspberry Mango Banana Freeze
serves 2-3
2 large ripe frozen bananas, broken into chunks
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 large pitted dates
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk of your choice
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend, tamping down, until all ingredients are blended to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
Do you make raw vegan ice creams? If so, how often? Who in your household eats them?
What are your favorite ingredient combinations?
If not, what are you waiting for?
Again, thank you everyone for all of the wonderful comments! This is so fun!

Oh...this looks really good! I like the addition of the flax seed! Did you do this for nutritional purposes or for consistency?
JL-funny you ask! I put it in for nutritional purposes, but I really think that the soft serve even had a creamier consistency than ever . . . maybe it was the addition of the flax? Could that be?
I love banana ice cream!!! I love it with dark chocolate chips! :) and maybe even some peanut butter! :)
How delicious and healthy! It's so warm here that ice cream sounds good :)
Max is too cute! This soft serve looks delicious. I looove making banana soft serve; it's been too long since I've made it, actually.
Usually...frozen strawberries, a frozen banana, and a few walnuts does the trick for me. And I love that with homemade graham crackers. But I just discovered adding frozen coconut milk---gasp. So good.
I've made three vegan ice creams - but have yet to achieve an actual "ice cream" consistency. The third one with coffee and coconut milk is my favorite and was the most creamiest of the lot.
I have made "ice cream" with rice milk and mixed berries. I never thought to add flax seeds. What a great idea! I love the idea of banana, chocolate and peanut butter
This sounds great! I just added you to my blogroll! Great site!
