I have Dr Oz DVR'd always. I just don't always remember to watch. My husband is going to start following Neal Barnard's eating philosophy. This is pretty much how I want to eat so it will be easy to cook for the whole family. Now I just need to get my 3 year old and 2 year old twins to eat what i cook!
