Are You Having a Bad Morning/Day/Week . . . Year?

When I saw this quote on Facebook last week, I immediately reposted it to the Healthy Girl's Kitchen Facebook Page. I totally got it. It spoke to me. I was having a particularly rough time (not food related--yeah!) and it was an immense comfort to read such insightful words.

And then I saw the quote again. This time, on one of the funniest, personal, intelligent blogs out there: Abby Has Issues. And I remembered how wonderful this quote is, and I wanted to share it with all of you.
